The Venue

The Ceremony
A wedding ceremony at The Waldorf is available at a flat fee of $3,400. This covers the assistance of a professional wedding coordinator, white garden chairs, a staging area and a professional sound package. The following ceremony locations are available:
Signature Island. This outdoor location provides breathtaking views of the golf course in an intimate setting.
Promenade. An outdoor venue overlooking water features and beautiful scenery.
Indoor Ballrooms. Each ballroom offers a luxurious atmosphere without the worry of temperamental weather.
The Reception
When it’s time to celebrate, the Waldorf offers two reception packages. The three course dinner package is available for $230 per guest. If you’d prefer a dinner buffet or dinner stations, the price will increase to $245 per guest. Each of these packages includes a large list of amenities, but the highlights consist of a cocktail hour, a five hour open bar with bartender fees waived and a custom-designed wedding cake. The Grand Ballroom. 7,945 square foot ballroom dripping with luxury and grandeur.
Central Park. 8,712 square foot tented location with classy clean lines and simple decor.
The Dinner
The Waldorf is known for its fine dining experience and takes great pride in offering exceptional dinner selections. You’re invited to a meal tasting to create a unique menu for your wedding dinner. From Petite Roasted Filet Mignon to the timeless Waldorf Salad, their options are truly unmatched. As for wedding cakes, their award-winning pastry chefs offer 12 different cakes to choose from. If you decide to go with a different bakery, a $7 cutting fee will be applied for each guest.
